The Ultralight Personal Water Filter by Acquapura is a must have item for the outdoors and emergencies. The water filter would be especially useful in a survival situation and I will always keep one in my hurricane preparedness kit. The filter can take any non-saline water and turn it into clear fresh tasting and above all safe drinking water. The filter is small and weighs only 2.12 oz. but can provide 396 gallons of filtered safe water. The filter uses a triple filtration system with silver ions and an exclusive “dampening system” which kills bacteria and filters out harmful substances to 0.01 micron making it 99.9999% bacteria free. There is no iodine or chemicals used making it a very safe system. I used the filter on my regular tap water and it changed the taste to a more palatable one, it eliminates odors and bad taste it is easy to use and can be used in conjunction with the Acquapura foldable water bottles.
